1. How can I make payment?
● Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Payment is required in advance of production.
2. Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
● Yes. We provide tiered pricing and custom quotes for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for a personalised quote.
3. Can I get a VAT invoice?
● Yes, all invoices include VAT details and are sent automatically upon purchase.
4. Do you ship internationally?

5. What are your lead times?
● These vary from product to product, but in general vary between 10 - 15 working days. If you need items in a rush, please get in touch and we will suggest items to meet your requirements. In order to offer best pricing, some items are produced outside of the UK and may be made to order so the lead-time could be longer. We will always provide the lead-time when quoting.
6. Are there any hidden costs?
● No. When we provide a quote it will include pricing for the product, branding, set-up costs and carriage. The only additional charge is VAT. We will state clearly in the quote what the price is based on e.g. a one colour print to one position.
7. Do prices include VAT?
● Prices provided in our quote do not include VAT. This will be added to your total at the local rate.
8. What is the minimum quantity I need to order?
● The majority of items do have a minimum order quantity as detailed on the item pages. In some cases a smaller quantity can be produced, but may incur additional costs. We can provide further details on a product by product basis.
9. Will I see a visual before my order goes to production?
● Yes. You will be sent a visual for every item ordered to show the logo positioning and colour(s) for approval before production begins. Please note that the lead-time starts from proof approval, so if you ask for changes to be made it may affect your delivery date.
